Welcome to MIS Certificate Programs

Auburn University offers a variety of graduate degree programs in engineering and business via video outreach. These are aimed at professionals who are unable to leave their jobs but wish to pursue further graduate education. The method of delivery is to video record the on-campus classes and ship the DVDs to outreach students.

As an adjunct to the graduate programs, we now offer graduate certificate programs for professionals who wish to enhance their present skills but are not ready for a full-fledged master's degree curriculum.

While the course work done under the certificate program may be counted for and lead to entrance into an official master's degree, many will wish to use it to enhance opportunities for promotion.
Entrance into a certificate program requires application to the Graduate School at Auburn University, but does not require a graduate aptitude test. The beginning of the process is to apply to the graduate school and then complete the application form for a certificate program.

Our certificate series will provide the enhanced skill sets needed to stay on the fast track. Auburn has offered distance learning programs since 1984, and we have students from all over the United States.
