Undergraduate Program
According to the American Marketing Association, marketing is defined as "an organizational function and a set of processes for creating, communicating and delivering value to customers and for managing customer relationships in ways that benefit the organization and its stakeholders." The curriculum is structured to expose students to many areas of marketing in order to decide which area best suits each individual. Marketing majors will have a variety of career opportunities available upon graduation that include retailing, brand management, advertising, sales promotion, professional selling, market research, and purchasing, and many more. The undergraduate program in the Department of Marketing prepares students for a future of excitement and success.
