Dr. Clark has served on editorial/review Boards of the Journal of Information Systems, Advances In Accounting Information Systems, The Accounting Review, and Journal of Accountanc. Presentations include numerous meetings at the American Accounting Association, American Institute of CPA seminars, Federation of Schools of Accounting annual meetings and various CPA society meetings. Dr. Clark has received five teaching awards, the Outstanding Achievement Award of the Georgia Society of CPAs, selected as a Doctoral Consortium Fellow and received National Honors on the CPA examination. Dr. Clark has over 20 years of teaching experience at the University of Georgia and Auburn University . Before entering academia, Dr. Clark practiced accounting for twelve years with Price Waterhouse, AMMCO, Inc., and NLT Computer Services. Dr. Clark is a member of the American Accounting Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Gamma Sigma, Delta Sigma Pi, and the Alabama and Georgia Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
