Professional Activities:
Dr. Key's research interests are primarily in the areas of earnings management and state taxation. Her work has been published in journals including Journal of Accounting and Economics, Tax Adviser, Tax Notes, CPA Journal, and Journal of State Taxation. Dr. Key has taught several tax courses including individual taxation, entity taxation, and taxes and business strategy. She has received two College of Business teaching awards. She is an active member of the American Taxation Association.
