Professional Activities:
Dr. Oswald has published more than 50 articles in prestigious journals such as Strategic Management Journal, California Management Review, Industrial Labor Relations Review, Managerial and Decision Economics, Journal of Business Research and Journal of Small Business Management. She has been an invited lecturer for numerous business organizations in the US on issue of competitive advantage, as well as internationally on the topic of strategic health care management. She serves a core teacher in the Executive MBA program and the Physician's MBA and certificate programs. She has served as a strategic management consultant for numerous organizations, school systems, and health care facilities, and has taught in the continuing education program for state government officials. She has conducted feasibility studies and business plans, as well as provided management training, for both private and public organizations in a wide array of businesses. Much of her research interest today lies in strategic international business issues and small business management.
