Professional Activities:
Professor Smith was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1968. He currently teaches Business Law I & II, Legal Environment of Business, as well as legal courses for non accredited evening classes. He has served on several departmental committees. He has participated in several university wide surveys, SACS oral skills evaluations and Camp War Eagle (the freshman orientation program). Professor Smith is a member of Beta Alpha Psi and the American Business Law Association.
