We are interested in having you obtain Product Updates that are located in the Critical Updates and Security Packs area. There are possibly some Recommended Updates as well that could keep your machine up-to-date. Driver updates are not recommended unless you are experiencing problems with that device.

*Note: Windows XP allows you to set this up automatically. If your computer is connected to the internet and it detects that an update is available it will ask you if you would like to set this feature up. We suggest you follow the instructions on the setup to save you trouble in the future.

The most current version of Microsoft Office is 2003 with Service Pack 1 applied. If you are using an older version we suggest that you allow us to bring your machine up-to-date. Call us at 4-2963 so this can happen.
