Instant Messenger Programs |
There have been questions asked about using Instant Messaging in the College. Downloading the AIM or Yahoo! program is not allowed, but there are web based messengers for both. This allows you to chat, but requires no download and there is no file transfer features.
Please refer to https://meebo.com for Web Based Instant Messaging.
If the Service Pack 2 pop-blocker is causing problems, in Internet Explorer go to Tools, then click on the Privacy Tab. Click on the Settings button for the Pop-up Blocker and Add both of the sites to the allow list.
