Tom Todt, director of the Alabama District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration, presented the SBA Region IV Small Business Development Center Excellence and Innovation Award to the Auburn University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) on June 1.  Under the direction of Jackie DiPofi, Ph.D., the SBDC was recognized for its work as a champion of small business and in helping promote economic development in the area.  The SBDC is an outreach unit in the Auburn University College of Business.
