Achilles A. Armenakis, Director and J. T. Pursell, Sr. Eminent Scholar in Ethics
Achilles is the James T. Pursell, Sr. eminent scholar in management and director of the Auburn University Center for Ethical Organizational Cultures. Achilles' primary research focuses on organizational change (diagnosis, creating readiness, adopting and institutionalizing change, and evaluating change) and assessing and developing ethical organizational cultures.

Alan Walker, Department of Management, 2009-2010.
Alan is an assistant professor in the Management Department at the AU College of Business. Alan has over 10 years of applied Human Resource experience in the financial services sector. He teaches courses on human resources and leadership and organizational change. Alan's publications concern (1) relationships between key employee metrics such as multisource feedback, (2) employee opinion surveys and key organizational outcome metrics such as profitability, (3) the relationship between one's spirituality/religiosity and work outcomes, and (4) the impact of ethical organizational cultures on employees' ethical values, judgments, attitudes and behavior.

Jacqueline Mitchelson, Department of Psychology, 2009-2010.
Jacqueline is an assistant professor in the Psychology Department at the AU College of Liberal Arts. Her professional experience includes selection system development and organizational survey research in the pharmaceutical sector. She teaches industrial organizational psychology courses and social psychology courses. She is currently pursuing research to identify individual and situational factors which may influence the use of moral disengagement mechanisms in ethical decision-making.

Brian Connelly, Department of Management, 2009-2010.
Brian is an assistant professor of strategy and entrepreneurship in Auburn University's Department of Management. Brian has 15 years of experience in two Fortune 500 companies, including Marketing Manager responsible for developing new business in Southeast Asia. His primary research interests lie in the area of firm governance, including boards of directors, shareholders, and executive compensation, and how these governance mechanisms monitor and affect firm outcomes. His research on global pay practices examines the role of culture and formal institutions in shaping executive compensation. Brian also conducts research on inter-organizational trust and distrust, sustainability initiatives, and transition economies.

Keith Credo, J.T. Pursell, Sr. Research Fellow, 2008-2010.
Keith is a doctoral student at Auburn University. His research interests include organizational ethics perceptions, ethics in management theory, and ethics and safety. Keith has worked with management teams in GE, Navair, and the drilling industry, and was recognized by CNN for his efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

Gregory Stevens, J.T. Pursell, Sr. Research Fellow, 2009-2010.
Greg is a graduate student in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at Auburn University. Greg's research interests include ethical behavior and decision-making in organizational contexts, innovation and creativity in virtual scientific communities, achievement goal orientations, and leadership. Greg also serves as a graduate teaching assistant for the Psychology department. Prior to enrolling in graduate school, Greg was employed by a small consulting firm in Princeton, NJ, specializing in technology and business process solutions for the transportation industry.

Steven C. Brown, J.T. Pursell, Sr. Research Fellow, 2007-2009.
Steven is an assistant professor of Human Resources Management at Columbus State University. His ethics-related research interests include Christian management and leadership, personal responsibility, and organizational hypocrisy. In addition, he owned businesses for over 20 years, helped manage a multigenerational family business, and worked as a professional author of fiction for over 10 years.

Anju Mehta (AU Ph.D, 2009), J.T. Pursell, Sr. Research Fellow, 2007-2008.
Anju is an Assistant Professor in Management at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa. She is engaged in cross-cultural research in the areas of team management, organizational change and HR management, business ethics, and IT-enabled outsourcing. In the area of business ethics, she is particularly interested in spiritual and authentic leadership, ethics as a driver for sustainable business practices, and ethics in education. Anju has over 10 years of experience in teaching business students, both in India and the US, and has taught a variety of subjects including business ethics.
