Exciting Changes coming to the Auburn University College of Business regarding career services!
The College of Business (COB) at Auburn University is in the process of refurbishing space on the First Floor of the Lowder Business Building to create an Office of Professional & Career Development which will open late Fall Semester 2009 / early Spring Semester 2010. As part of the new office, employers will be able to conduct on-campus interviews with business students in the Lowder Business Building as part of their college relations activities. Additionally, recruiters will be able to access student groups, faculty, and organization presentation locations as part of their college recruiting efforts.
Services for students will include career coaching, mock interviews, company research resources, online assessments, and job search databases. Additionally, the office will begin addressing the professional communications needs (written and oral communication skills) of business students as additional staff is hired. More information will be shared as the Fall approaches!
Fall 2009 Interviewing and Career Expo Events
Registration for Fall 2009 College of Business (COB) on-campus interviews and career expos will be conducted thru Tiger Recruiting Link (TRL). In addition, if you would like to post intern, part-time or career positions for business students, please also do so thru TRL. To access TRL as a new user or as a returning user, please go to www.hire.auburn.edu.
Please see the schedule of College of Business Career Expo events listed below. For more detailed Fall Semester information regarding academics and on-campus recruiting dates, please see the Calendar on the left sidebar.
INSTRUCTIONS: You will need to register for each of the COB Expos that you are interested in attending. As part of this registration process, you will need a username and a password. Please note which category that you fall under below and follow those directions:
1) If you are currently using TRL through AU Career Services - go to https://auburn-csm.symplicity.com/employers and use your current TRL password (If that password does not work, then you will need to reset your password). Upon logging in, click on the "Events" tab on the far right of the toolbar and select your event(s) of interest to register for this Fall.
2) If this is your first time using the TRL system, click on the Expo link(s) of interest from the list below. Choose the "New Employer Sign-In" button on the left to begin registering for the event. The system will create an account for you to use when you submit your registration. You will then receive two emails - one confirming your new account (please keep the information for future use), and the second email will confirm your event(s) registration.
