Students - Individual Assistance and Appointments

To assist in your internship / job search efforts, individual assistance is available in the Office of Business / Student Partnerships (OBSP) in Suite 105 of the Lowder Business Building. Office hours are posted on the display case outside Suite 105, and if the hours indicated are not convenient, please contact Dr. Lawrence by phone (844-2218) or by email lawrejd@auburn.edu to arrange an individual appointment.

Areas of assistance include professional self-assessment; career / company research; internship and job search strategies; resume and cover letter preparation and review; interview preparation; salary negotiation; starting your internship / your first job; professional etiquette issues; and academic arrangements for the general elective internship course (BUSI 4920).
